The Incredible Years®

The Incredible Years® treatment program was developed by Dr. Carolyn Webster-Stratton at the University of Washington. This is an evidence-based program that has over 30 years of research supporting it's efficacy. Randomized controlled studies have found this program to be effective in strengthening parents' ability to manage child behaviors such as aggression, tantrums, noncompliance, and other acting out behaviors. This program has also been found to improve children's social competence and reduce behavior problems.
